Stay at Lacoste
When you rent the château, you rent also the cottage with it. The whole domain is privatised for yourselves and your guests. The main château consists of four beautifully appointed bedrooms & five bathrooms. The cottage includes three double bedrooms & two bathrooms. A 16mx4m salt water swimming pool divides the two areas and the configuration of the two buildings ensures that everyone in your party has enough space
About Lacoste
Château Lacoste is a stunning Neo Gothic château built in the 19th century reminiscent of the styles of renowned architect of the time Viollet Le Duc. The château and the cottage were both completely restored & renovated by Mme & M. SIMPSON in 2023-2024. They also built the pool and restored large parts of the two hectare park & gardens during this time. Lacoste is situated just below the medieval village of Pujols, it is a few minute walk into the village which has a restaurant, a small épicerie (grocery store) bank, post office & hairdressers.
Chefs kitchen
Château Lacoste has a brand new fully kitchen with marble work surfaces, electric piano style oven with gas hobs, dishwasher, large American style fridge, clothes washer & dryer. The kitchen leads onto an informal dining area as well as east facing and a west facing covered terraces. Perfect for morning coffees and outdoor dining.
Bedrooms
Château Lacoste has four beautifully appointed bedrooms & five bathrooms, each with beautiful views of the gardens and surrounding vineyards. Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan & the master bedroom and attic have air conditioning. All bed linens and towels, including pool towels are supplied.
Entertain in style
Château Lacoste has formal salon & dining room as well as a more relaxed salon de TV with a large flat screen TV which works off satellite & WIFI.
There is fibre optic internet & WIFI boosters throughout the house to give you maximum coverage.
Heating is with a heat pump. The kitchen has underfloor heating & there are radiators throughout the rest of the house.
